Shabbat Yoga

Join us for Shabbat morning Yoga in the Park let by Rabbi Jill Avrin and yoga instructor, Melanie LaMere. We will integrate Jewish liturgy and wisdom within a yoga session as a way to start our days with both physical and spiritual intention.

This Shabbat Yoga experience will be friendly and welcoming for those with beginner yoga experience and also those who are new to Judaism. Please bring your own mat and meet us near the splash pad in Oak Hill Park. We'll plan for a 50 minute yoga experience, followed by optional opportunity to stick around for orange juice, cold brew, and a little nosh.
